Liang Seah Place is a beautifully restored conservation building made up of a row of shophouses situated along Liang Seah Street. It is strategically located between North Bridge Road and Beach Road, directly opposite Parco Bugis Junction, Shaw Towers and The South Beach. An abundance of restaurants, cafes, shops and cinemas surround the apartments. As we are the owner and manager of all the apartment units, we have been able to provide a complete service of taking care of all the maintenance and repair needs of tenants. E.g. blown bulb, sink blockage, minor repairs. There are no charges for minor repairs.
Our policy on repair and maintenance of household equipment like air-conditioner and refrigerator downtime is immediate, same day services are provided whenever possible. We have been able to do this as we have additional appliances on standby to ensure that services to tenants are not disrupted.
Optional items and services can be personalized and arranged.
It is the intention of the management to provide a complete service to tenants as one would expect of a service apartment standard, but at a much competitive price.
